Troy Davis ‘Innocence’ Hearing Ends


Georgia death row inmate Troy Davis finally got the opportunity to present new evidence that he says points to his innocence in the shooting of a Savannah policeman 21 years ago. After hearing two days of evidence and closing arguments, U.S. District Judge William T. Moore Jr. did not issue an immediate decision in the case.
